Impressions from the project process
The DUO system formwork was used for one side of the wing wall 18 meters long and TRIO for other 3 walls and parapet.
DUO was perfect solution for this project to form the walls quickly.
Multi-purpose panel with permissible fresh concrete up to 80 kN/m².
The DUO Coupler connects the panels evenly, without any tools.
Push-pull props were used in order to align the formwork as well as providing stability especially regarding wind loads.
No experienced labour required onsite.

All at Prestige Civil were very impressed with the result that the formwork achieved. Lightweight and durability was a major advantage allowing quick set up and strip out. For any pour up to 2.7 m high, I would definitely use the DUO system on future projects.
