Your responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the NZ Sales team in achieving sales volume and profit, contributing to the company’s growth by maintaining profitable relationship with existing customers and generating new business streams
  • Manage overall operations of the NZ office with the support of the head office Head of Operations.  Ensure safe and efficient operational procedures.
  • Develop and/or adjust NZ Sales long-term and mid-term strategy (on a yearly basis) in consultation with the National Sales Manager
  • Set individual and regional sales targets, forecasts, budgets and KPI
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team CRM
  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research; competitors and customers
  • Apply PERI business models in accordance to customers budget, by keeping PERIs financial risk at a minimum
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales team with projects
  • Identify industry trends
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors- identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

Your profile

  • 8 years successful Sales Experience in the formwork industry with a proven track record of meeting objectives
  • 5+ successful Sales Management Experience with a proven track record of meeting objectives
  • Key account Management skills: Negotiation, Value Proposition, Knowledge of PERI products and processes
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural background
  • Able to strictly respect and follow PERI corporate compliance program
  • Highly skilled at coaching and mentoring sales representatives and developing team dynamic
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate and coach a sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM tools.
